This is a big old house, the rooms are large, there’s a lot of space to move about and relax in. It’s beautifully modernized and well maintained.

About us; we take care of two shared houses for a relative, they are next to each other, we live a few minutes walk away. We are far more interested in finding good tenants and giving them a great place to live, rather than just filling rooms.

We are looking for considerate, responsible professionals, who understand the need to participate in keeping the house clean and tidy. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We appreciate some details if you don’t have a profile page; age, profession, occupation etc.

We can`t offer a room to anybody who smokes or works unsociable hours.


The house has a well equipped large kitchen with designated cupboard/fridge/freezer space, separate dining area, utility room with washer and dryer, and lounge/TV room.

You will have a designated off road parking spot, (unfortunately no vans)

There is a garden, patio, also a secure garage.

All rooms have TV aerial sockets and access to wireless broadband.

All bills are included.

Shared areas are cleaned weekly.

Local shops including a newsagent, CO OP, Chinese takeaway and sandwich shop are five minutes walk away, Birchwood shopping centre and business parks a few miles. There’s a bus stop in front of the house. M6, M62, M56 are all within easy reach.

The house is registered with the local authorities as a `House of Multiple Occupation` and complies fully with all regulations.
