Double room to rent in Handbridge
Hi, I'm Vicki and I'm looking for a new housemate for my house in Handbridge. The house is walking distance to town, and although there is no private parking there is plenty on the street (there is 2 of us with cars now and we never have any problems). I've lived here for 18 months and am looking for someone who would be interested in taking over the lease from my current housemate. I work Monday to Friday and I'm pretty chilled during the week but enjoy socialising at the weekend. My new housemate would ideally work similar hours and enjoy a glass of wine or two!
The house will be available towards the end of May but I can be a little flexible if needs be.
There will be one-off referencing and agency fees to pay and bills come to around £125 p/month including sky and Internet. As I've lived here for a while I do have some furniture (sofas/tv/dining table) but you would need to furnish your bedroom.
Please get in contact if you have any questions :D
