Furnished double room mon-fri rent, Handbridge,

Hi I am a 38 yr old woman with a Double room to rent possibly available beginning of january. Mon-fri only although 7 days would be considered. Shared bathroom. It's a 3 bed semi in the Handbridge area, close to chester city centre which is 10 mins walk. And close to business park and Airbus.
I am self employed and work from home frequently throughout the week. But I have a separate office/work room so that doesn't interfere with shared living areas.
Shared living room with a dining table and shared kitchen, huge back garden and there is plenty of on road parking and a small drive. Just directly opposite the house. The house is on a fairly quiet road in a nice area. I'm looking for a house mate that's professional, clean and tidy and likes cats! I have 2 of the little blighters and they are very friendly. All mod cons, washing machine, tumble drier, bath with shower over and small but functional kitchen. Broadband provided and currently have sky TV.
The room itself will have a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, bedside table and can have a small tv with built in DVD player.
