Mon to Fri -Modern House- 5 mins to airport

I have a one double bedroom available Monday to Friday in my house to rent on a quiet residential road in Handforth.

Handforth is an ideal location due to its easy access to both train stations Handforth and Heald Green and the 5 minute ride away from Manchester Airport. I have local shops a few minutes’ walk away and only 5 minutes journey time to John Lewis, Cheadle and Handforth Dean shopping area.

My house is a modern, well presented with all rooms furnished to a high standard. It is heated by gas central heating and is alarmed. I have a double drive way and space for 2 cars and an enclosed private patio and garden area at the back of the house. I have a fresh modern kitchen with all the usual amenities, it is open plan leading to a dining room and then into a south facing conservatory with eating and lounge area. A medium sized lounge, with Virgin Media TV available.
I have a utility room off the kitchen which has a separate fridge and freezer for your use, washing and drying facilities and also a ground floor toilet.
Upstairs has 2 double bedrooms with also a small bedroom that is an used as storage, the shared bathroom has recently been refurbished, it is a good size with WC, washbasin, shower cubicle, bath and heated towel rail.

The room I have to rent is located at the back of the house, so it's very quiet, it has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a triple wardrobe, 6 drawer space, full length mirror, a chair, a 32 inch television.

I can service the room fortnightly to clean and change the bed linen and change towels weekly. All bedding/towels provided for you unless you would like to use your own.

I am a professional person who works full time. I am friendly and outgoing and take pride in keeping my house clean and tidy, so a person with these same values would be appreciated.
I am looking for a professional person weekdays only, who is easy going.

I'm sociable and find it easy sharing my house, i have also had numerous guests over the last few years and appreciate
everyone's personal space and privacy.
