Hi my names Kev, I currently rent a semi-detached house in the desirable area of Higher Kinnerton, My last house mate went travelling abroad so Im looking for someone new to share the property with.
Available is 1 semi furnished double bedroom measuring approx 9ftx9ft and use of a single room approx 7. 5ftx6ft that can be used as an office or additional storage. The rest of the house is shared and benefits from washing machine / tumble dryer, dishwasher and broadband, there is off road parking at the property and own car is advised as public transport links arent the best due to the rural location.
The house is let and managed by the owner Jason who lives locally in Wrexham.
Rent and all bills are split 50/50 usually the total for the month is around £500.
This is an ideal house share if your looking for a nice quiet property, the loudest noise you hear at night is the cows mooing in the field :), With the only other occupant being myself the house isnt constantly filled with people like is common with house shares of 4 or 5 people. I work until 6 throughout the week and every third weekend so you will have the house to yourself durnig the day, the house is approximately 5 minutes drive from Broughton shopping park / Airbus / A55 and approximately 15 minutes drive from Chester or Wrexham
The ideal house mate will be a professional person with a healthy respect for the house and other people, STRICTLY NO DSS, male or female isnt an issue but no couples Im afraid
