Professional female preferred room mate

I'm a professional person looking for a female only room mate to rent out my 2nd bedroom. I'm open to either a weekday or full time lodger.

I own a terrace property in Latchford close to Victoria park. The property is in walking distance to Latchford, Warrington and Stockton Heath. Great commuter links being less than a mile to Warrington train stations. The motorway for m56, m6 and m62 is only 10minutes away.

The house has been fully renovated and is modern throughout. I have the usual with double glazing, central heating, wifi ( fibre optic no less!), washer/dryer, cooker, fridge freezer. House has on street parking. All bills included subject to council tax.

Ideally looking for someone who would turn out to be friend and have a laugh with!
