A nice location close to the countryside and city alike. Your own furnished lockable bedroom - shared kitchen with washing machine, lounge and bathroom. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with good transport links. Bills included. Tenant must be clean, tidy and willing to offer assistance with cleaning shared areas. You will be responsible for cleaning your own room. Because there are two females living there they would prefer to share with another female. My Wife comes to clean the bathroom and kitchen once a week, There is a smart TV in your room, free Wi-Fi and central heating.
There is no parking at the premises but spaces are available on the cul de sac.

You must be in full time employment.

Although we live on the premises, we have our own facilities and live on a different floor and do not invade on the privacy of your rooms. I work at Manchester airport which is 20 mins away by car, and under 10 mins away from stepping hill hospital.
Because we dont want to upset the other teenants in the house - if you move in it will be on a trial basis for four weeks.
