Room available in 3 storey town house. You will get sole use of family bathroom which has bath with shower over. Room has double bed, plenty of drawers and wardrobe, LED TV, iPod Dock and DVD player included in the room.
Looking for someone that cleans and tidies up after themselves (especially the kitchen) and is considerate of my home.
House has broadband, SkyHD, and all mod-cons. Use of phone will not be included in the monthly rent.
Close to Nantwich town centre, about 10 minute walk.
Stunning house, needs to be viewed to fully appreciate it.
I have 1 cat Sullivan, but during the week he will stay in my room so won't bother you.
ROOM IS MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY. Would suit someone working at Bentley and works away from home.
