The house is only 7 years old with all modern facilities. The tenant will occupy a very nice, ensuite, double bedroom on the middle floor allowing for a high level of privacy.

I live with my two wonderful daughters (aged 6 and 9 years) who stay with me three days per week. We are a very relaxed and laid back family who enjoy many things and we tend to go for local walks in the nearby beautiful areas. I have also created a 'RELAXATION ROOM' where time can be spent just chilling out with relaxing music playing in the background.

This house would be ideal for a person who wants to go to a relaxing, homely environment after a hard days work. There are some great running/walking/cycling trails alongside the river for those who prefer some fresh air at the beginning or end of the day.

We are looking for someone to not only live with us but to be part of our home and they will be made extremely welcome. We live a vegetarian and healthy lifestyle and a similar person is likely to enjoy staying here although this is not a requirement.
