I have 2 rooms available for contractor accommodation in a comfortable clean quiet home. Ample on street parking , great access to the bridge, train station and motorways. Live in land lady and friendly little dog. Large lounge with TV and wifi. Well stocked kitchen with use of washing machine, fridge freezer and own storage space.

1 large double - bed, bedding, wardrobe and drawers £90 per week

1 large single/ Queen - bed, bedding, wardrobe and drawers £80 per week

room will be cleaned, sheets and towels changed each week.

I work in construction , am really easy going and friendly and have a busy life so am very rarely in of an evening.

Looking for respectful and responsible people only to be welcomed in to my clean and comfortable home. Deposit required for breakages.

No Heavy drinkers. Smoking outside only
