We all muck with cleaning etc. There is a 3yr old Patterdale Terrier called Fudge who is quite lively at first but soon settles and goes to sleep, so someone who likes dogs would be better.

£425 includes all bills including Gas/Electric/Council Tax/Water/TV License/Sky TV in Lounge/House Landline (unlimited local & national landlines)/ Fast speed Broadband.

Large lounge with Sky Plus, modern kitchen has large washing machine, dishwasher, microwave & is open plan with a dining table & 4 chairs. There is parking on the cul de sac & on the driveway.

In terms of location the City Centre is less than 5mins in the car (1. 5 mile), there is a regular bus route at the bottom of the road, and house is very close to A55 & M53 motorway, ideal for anyone that works on the Chester Business Park. There is a row of shops at end of the road, Asda & Morrisons both in Saltney & an all night Tesco in Broughton (just a little further down).
