Double Room in Lovely Female Houseshare

Hi, my name is Sarah, I am a live in landlord, I am looking for someone to take over the double room. Female preferred. The price might vary over the next few weeks based on some changes at the house.

To make life easier I’m adding the option of included cleaning, gardening and shared items like toilet paper, soaps and cleaning products included so you don’t need to worry about them. I’m still waiting on quotes from cleaners to put a price on this but it will be around £50 a month.

My house is a lovely old 3 bedroom terrace house that backs onto the countryside. Its a 15 minute drive or 20 minute journey via bus to Chester City Centre door to door. My house also backs onto the cycle rout into the city centre which is lovely through the countryside down the river. It's also less than a 5 minute drive to Broughton shopping park which has restaurants, a cinema, big shops like Primark and Outfit and 24 hour Tesco, Aldi and Marks and Spencer's food hall. Round the other corner is Saltney where there's a Morrisons, Asda and more shops further down. It's also by airbus for people who work there.

This is my first house. I moved to Chester in 2014. It's a 3 bedroom house with a large kitchen and large living room. The house is really nicely decorated as we have recently redecorated. Its got a new bathroom fan, washing machine, Bt infinity broadband and a smart tv with all apps including Netflix which I pay for.. I have more than enough plates, bowls, cutlery, pans, glasses, utensils and mugs etc to share so no need to buy any The garden is large with a big patio area with a burner, table and chairs, great for BBQ's in summer. There's an outhouse and a shed with enough room for a bike . My loft is boarded if you needed extra storage. Also when I say all bills are included I really do mean everything including council tax and I sort them all so you don’t need to worry about them or extra costs. I have have good home insurance with home emergency in case anything happens.

I get on with pretty much everyone so hopefully will be a nice living environment whatever personality you have :). I love going out socialising but also watching films on netflix and eating take out. I often go to and sometimes play open mic nights. I work at an after school club part time. I also love cooking and food in general.

I have a male pomski named Loki. He is well behaved and social.

I can’t except other pets as I’m allergic to most fur aside from dogs but my dog doesn’t cope well if dogs come and go.
