I am a professional woman and have a good sized double room in a lovely Edwardian terrace in Saltney. Location is great for airbus, Chester business park and is close to the motorway networks. It is a 20 minute walk into Chester.
The room will be available from January 2016.
I am looking for a Monday to Friday tenant. I am happy for male or female tenant.
The bathroom is shared and you can freely use the kitchen and all living areas. There is parking outside the house. There is wifi and also a tv in the bedroom.
