I am looking for a professional individual who is working full time to share an apartment. I've already placed a £200 Security deposit to secure the apartment. The apartment is located on the new development of Hatters Court in Stockport town center.

I work in the evening 5 nights a week as a Doorman so i will be rattling around in the early hours of the morning so i hope your a deep sleeper lol's. I spend all of what spare time I have at my Daughters home in Tameside, so you'll find you'll be on your own the majority of the time in the apartment.

I will be home the majority of the weekend during the day and working in the evening as mentioned above.

All bills will be split equally between us both along with the bond too. The bond is £650 and rent is £575 a month. The minimum let period of the apartment is for 6 months with a view to extend after the initial let period.
The apartment comes fully furnished with all kitchen appliances 2 2x seater leather suite dining suite 2 double beds in double bedrooms wardrobes and draws.
