Looking for fun and friendly female housemate!

Hello,

I am looking for 2nd friendly housemate to live with in a nice Victorian semi-detached house! It is a good size double bedroom, 430 pounds pcm including all bills.

The house has a big shared living room, 42 inch TV with Sky TV, broadband and landline / international calls. Kitchen is separate and quite large, a door in the kitchen gives access to the garden. Bathroom is clean and has a bath with shower over. There is a small spare room to chill in too.

The bedroom has recently been redecorated and is full of Victorian features, including a period fireplace, rails and ceiling rose. It is furnished with a massive Ikea wardrobe, Welsh dresser, bedside table, double bed and has a nice view onto the garden.

There is a small free car park behind the house as well as on the road parking in front of the house.

This house would suit someone sociable who would like to live with 2 other females in a chilled out environment and make friends rather than just be a housemate! I have done the shared house thing before and respect other people's privacy too. I like decent standards of cleanliness and tidyness so would like someone similar.

We are both quite laid back and easy going and like a bit of banter and a laugh! I like travelling, music, do some sports during the week and at wkd I see friends, go for drinks, I like a good night out but I also like to chill out with a bottle of wine, a film and take away. I'd like to live with someone with similar interests that would fancy socialising, drinks/ meals out or chilling at home with a film.

I don't considerate myself being a smoker, but I may smoke occasionally when I'm out or rarely in the house.

Location:
It is about 5 min from the motorway in Stockport for the M60 and M56. Bus stop 314 on the other side of the road takes you to Stockport station in about 5 min. It is 10 min by train to Manchester and 10/15 min walk to Stockport centre. If you like the countryside for walks it is 2 min walk from Woodbank Park and Vernon Park.

Food shopping: a small Coop literally across the road and Aldi, Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's less than 5 min drive.

A deposit is required and rent payable monthly in advance.
