3 bedroom family house with large garden

1930's semi detached family house with 2 reception room. We share a kitchen, bathroom, a large garden with a lean to shelter for hot rainy days, and a small cellar.

You will have a fully furnished double bedroom, with laminate floors. I stress it is a bedroom for a single person only.

The house has gas central heating and real open fires (great for cold winters nights). The house is near to the train station for easy access to Manchester and the and the airport for the rest of the world. M60 is close for fast travel to work, and so are shops Morrison's ect, very close to Edgeley and Stockport town centre, the leisure centre, with gym and pool, is two doors down for you active exercise lovers. Stockport is full of other entertainment possibilities, near by shops, cinema, pubs, library.

We are looking for a single non smoking, hard working, friendly person to share our family home, which has pets (dog and cat and chickens). I need a months deposit and a month in advance (£350 plus £350 deposit before keys will be given) in cash, and references are a must. If you wish a weekly rate of £500 or a daily rate of £90 we can discuss it before you join us. Depending on the rental rate I will need that much notice or you will forfeit you deposit. Deposit will not be in lieu of rent on the final month, the deposit will be paid back should everything go well and keys are handed back, and the room is left as found clean and in good order.

This is a non smoking house as I suffer from bronchitis. We are early morning family and as such we go to bed early. This is therefore not a party every night house. However as a one off like at Christmas or New years we may have family and friends to celebrate.
