The flat is in the basement of a 2 bedroom Victorian terraced house, where I live with a friend, both professionals who work. We are looking for a person, or persons, in the same grain, employed (Or self employed), and can look after themselves and a property.

There is a living room with a ready made space for a flat screen TV and built in surround sound, as well as a separate bedroom. There is gas central heating in the bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Access to a shared garden.
It will be available as of 16th July and is available for viewing from now, as long as you picture the kitchen being in.
The rent will be £595 per month plus one third of the overall bills (Roughly £100 for the flat, so all in would be at £695 p/month). This is inclusive of all gas, electric, water, insurance and full Virgin Media package.
