The room for rent is a double room

Hi, the room for rent is a large, double bedroom (9ft x 10. 5ft) and has a new carpet, new radiator, 2 x double plug sockets and a large rear facing window with recently installed Venetian blinds. The room is currently unfurnished however I am willing to provide furnishings if deemed necessary. The house itself has recently been refurbished throughout to a high standard with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. I'm a relaxed and tidy 23yr old male and work away from home, only returning from time to time when I use the other double bedroom in the house. I already pay the council tax, water, TV license and Broadband so you will only need to pay £340 rent per month and top up the gas and electric as you please.
