The apartment is new and fully furnished to an executive standard and includes a parking space.
The room is a spacious double, included fitted wardrobes and Ottoman double bed for maximum storage!
Bills, Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, Service charge and Internet are included.
I am looking for a professional person in employment and I do require a reference check. I have shared with people from all over the world and lived in lots of different places, so am pretty easy-going with who I rent to, all I ask is that you respect the property as you would your own.
