It is an easy commute to Chester, Manchester, Crewe, Liverpool and other towns by train (Acton Bridge, Greenbank and Hartford Stations close by) or by road (A49 and M56).

The village shops of Weaverham are a 5 minute walk away, including grocery shops, post office, hardware shops, florists and a bakery.

The house has a large kitchen/diner as well as a separate dining room. There is also a good sized lounge with views into the garden, which has 2 sheds for storage of bikes etc. There is a double driveway available for parking.

The bedrooms are a good sized double and a very large double. Each has chest of drawers a bedside table and other storage space too. There is use of a shared bathroom available.

The whole house has been recently refurbished, redecorated and is in a good state of repair throughout. All the bedrooms have new carpets and curtains.

We (Julia and Jonathan) have been married for 6 years and we like to keep a friendly and peaceful house.

Please note we are unable to accept DSS candidates and these double rooms are not available to couples (this would include boyfriends/girlfriends staying over).
