The house

I have a fully furnished double room available, suitable for a professional person, in my attractive 3 bedroom detached house at Wincham, mid way between Knutsford and Northwich (about 2 miles from each) and 3 miles from junction 19 of the M6 motorway.

Since the recent opening of the new bypass Altrincham is also within quick and easy reach.

The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac and there is very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Presently there's myself, Alan, and one lodger. I normally have 2 lodgers but one has recently moved out due to being relocated with her job hence the vacancy. I have had lodgers for the last 25 years and all have been happy. Excellent friendships have been forged. Applications from males or females are welcome.

I should mention that there are also two friendly cats!

The room is fully furnished, including double bed, chair, wardrobe, storage space and a wide screen HD television. It is at the back of the house and very quiet.

Kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared.

Parking and broadband internet access are included. There is a very pleasant garden in which to relax (and smoke if you wish!)

The rent is £395 per calendar month inclusive of bills and internet etc.
