Looking for a lodger. I have a spare room which id like to rent. My property is a small two bed mid terrace in a quiet area of woodley. It comprises of a living room, kitchen, two beds and small bathroom. It has a drive and small back garden. Im looking for a mature, sensible, quiet person. I dont mind a smoker as long as that stays outside. I have two house cats so must like pets.
