Single Room available in Semi Detached Bungalow

Hi there, i have a single room available in my home for a proffessional, in a nice quiet area of Woodley Stockport. The location is convienient to all public transport (Train, Bus and Motorway)the property has gardens to front and rear, so ideal to chill out weather permitting. There are also decent places to eat out and have a social beer or 2.

My home is lived in not a show piece,(but i keep it clean and tidy) so feel comfortable to come and go as you please, or just chill out in front of the tv with a good dvd. I am a very laid back person and very easy to get along with. I work at Manchester Airport as a Passenger Service Agent on a 4 on and 2 off rota basis between the hours of 15. 45 and 20. 00.

I am a very young forward facing person so i get on well and interact with people younger than myself. I expect that you would treat the place respectfully but at the same time feel at home. I don't expect you to do any household chores, just help keep it tidy. All bills and use of utilities are included in the rent. if you wish to stay upto the 3 months i may be able to do something on the rent price. This is only a short term let from August to end of October.
