Double Room close to Stirling

This is a fully-furnished flat on a quiet street with two large double bedrooms and a third double bedroom which is currently used as a study. The flat is 5 minutes drive from stirling university and 10 minutes from stirling city centre. There is a regular reliable bus service to both the university and Stirling itself.

There is a private garden, offstreet parking, private entrance, large bright kitchen, living room and gorgeous views of the ochil hills. The flat includes a t. v and dvd player, kitchen table, fridge-freezer and washing machine

Pets are welcome. I am happy to live with a smoker but there is no smoking allowed in the flat. I will consider renting to couples with the rent increasing to £350 per month.

I am a quirky, liberal vegetarian who works for a charity based in edinburgh, so i commute there every day. I am pretty laid back and the flat generally maintains that fairly tidy lived in look.

I have a dog, he is very friendly and wont go into your room if you don't want him to. I am actually also looking for a dog sitter, so if you are willing to commit to spending some time with him during the week then we can negotiate a reduction in rent.
