The shared living room/dining area has a dining table looking up to the beautiful ochil hills. The comfortable lounge area with big screen T. V. seats four opposite a gas coal fire and the house is central heated. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher and Laundry drying line in a small room at the back of the kitchen with access to the lovely garden with drying line and decking area to sit out on. Shed for storing bikes etc. The driveway will accomodate four cars. There is also Loft storage space available if needed.
Iam looking preferably for friendly working mature female or male who is reasonably clean and tidy who respects the owners house and perhaps shares some interests.
Most animals welcome and must not mind a dog who is here two days a week.
