I as the house owner work nights on a regular basis, (if you need to contact me please do so between 9. 00am and 11. 30am or after 6. 00pm.)
I am easy going, very friendly, I don't mind doing a bit of laundry for my house guests. All bills are included however a small contribution to the electricity bill in the winter months would be much appreciated.
