I have a new house in the suburbia of Bishop Cuthbert and have a spare double room.
It comes with a bathroom that will be exclusively used by you as I have an ensuite so never use it.
The room will be fully furnished in time for you moving in.
There is also a large garden, which is perfect for BBQs!
I'm looking for someone tidy and who I can have a laugh with and live as housemates rather than landlord/tenant.
I work quite a lot and I'm out a fair bit due to by job at the local paper and hobbies that see me head off to places some weekends, so I won't be around all the time - so there'll be plenty of space.
I also have two cats, who are lovely and don't go upstairs.
