I am looking for a professional male/female to share a house. I like a quiet life and would expect a potential flatmate to be of the same mind. Both have Sky TV with Sky Sports and Movie 🎥 channels. A shared use of the furnished house and its facilities (washing, drying, ironing & cooking). A refitted kitchen. The bathroom has a whirlpool bath, sauna, monsoon shower, back spray, normal shower and foot spa. The rent includes bills such as telephone (local, mobile & national),broadband (High Speed wifi) with unlimited usage, gas, electricity, council tax, (42" Sony SMART television 3D in the tliving room). For extra it would be possible to supply meals.
The house is in the quiet part of Burn Valley but close enough to the centre of town to participate in its ameneties. It has residential parking which would be available.
This accommodation is particulary suited for exchange students on temporary teaching assistant posts and/or studying their degrees or workers on short term contracts. I would consider. renting for periods of less than 3 months but the rent would be
on a weekly basis at £80 per week or part of a week.
