This is a beautiful clean house, very homely, friendly and quiet. I repair things immediately and deal with any concerns as they arise. I look after the house and am always doing D. I. Y of some sort.

I have excellent neighbours and this street is surprisingly quiet with parking. I have a rabbit in the workshop who are in the yard during the day. I have a boxer dog who lives in the house.

I have a good sense of humour and am very easy to live with. I have been renting out rooms for a long time and find that I can get along with people from all walks of life.

I would like someone who is easy going, tidy, responsible and open minded. The ideal person would be a dog lover and able to speak good English.

I will need to see I. D, a payslip, and am looking for someone without any criminal convictions. I will require a reference either from your landlord.

There are many amenities very close to my house, such as a Post Office, off license , Hairdressers, Car Shop, Chippy, Curry House, Pizza Shop with half price pizzas which are gorgeous!, Chemist, Phone Shop, World Foods Shop, 2nd hand furniture shop, Charity Shop, Pet Shop, Supermarket, bakery, cafe and much much more!

The train station is a small walk and the bus route is at the end of the road. The town is very near but not
too close which is good as it doesn't get noisy when the pubs close!
The University of Teesside is a ten minute walk.
