The room itself is very large as it is the master bedroom. There is no bed, but there is a wardrobe and two chest of drawers. The current occupant has a king size bed, with lots of room surrounding the entire bed. Measurements and photos will be available once she has moved out next week.
The bathroom is on the first floor with a large shower, a big bath (see photos) and a heated towel rack.
There are two other bedrooms; one next door and another on the second floor.
The living room/dining room is also very large, currently unfurnished but there are plans to get furniture soon; the potential housemate could also bring with them furniture if they wish.
The kitchen again is large, with integrated cooker, electric hob, washing machine and dish washer.
There is plenty of parking surrounding the house.
It is only a 5 min walk to the local supermarket and North Ormesby fruit/veg market. Buses are very frequent. It is also not too far to walk to town or the University.
The rent is £350 per month, paid around the 20th (ish) every month - this includes rent, electric, gas, council tax, water, virgin media high speed internet and contents insurance.
