The house is in great condition, a larger than the average two bedroomed in the popular Sober Hall area.

There are two double bedrooms avaialble, bedroom one is slighly bigger as reflected in the price with a new high quality double bed, full furnishings and has stylish wooden style flooring.

Bedroom two is sunny and south facing, slightly smaller than bedroom one, also with a high quality new double bed, a cream carpet and lots of built in storage.

The whole house is fully furnished including a full length fridge and all kitchen equipment, a large dining room table and chairs, sofas and a table etc.

The property is pet friendly, there is a cat flap for use if you want to bring a cat, i would also consider a dog if well behaved. all other small pets are very welcome.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac, has a garage for your use, an off road drive way for 4 cars, and a lovely south facing garden with table and chairs.
