i have a room to let in my two bedroom terraced house in wynyard.

the room is a double room and is fully furnished. there is a shared living room and kitchen. downstairs there is a WC. There is also a shared bathroom upstairs which has a bath and i will be having a shower installed before anyone moves in. I also have an ensuite for day to day use so effectively anyone moving in would have predominant use of the shared bathroom. there is street parking for up to three cars and also a garage.

All bills are included.

i have a pet dog - a jack russell - she is called Daisy. she is lovely and is house trained.

a cleaner attends once per week to clean the communal areas. there is broadband and sky including the movie and sports packages.

I have uploaded photos. Please note however that I am just completing the purchase of the property and will be having the whole place redecorated before anyone moves in - hence it is available from 01. 08. 2013. Therefore the decor and furniture will be different when you move in ;-)

In the available room there will be a brown double bed, brown chest of drawers, a brown bedside table and a brown wardrobe.
