I am also offering your own bathroom which is on the bottom floor which includes a bath toilet and a sink

You also have full use of the kitchen.. and the games room which includes a pool table, and use of the garden

All bills are included
Exc wifi which is an extra £10 pm

I also have 2 friendly dogs but on arrival I will instal a gate to your floor so the dogs cannot venture near your personal belongings

I am asking £365 PCM

I would also like a deposit of £365
