We have two double rooms available, one very large with lots of fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with shower, wc and basin.

Second room is smaller with heated airing cupboard, en suite wc and basin. This room overlooks Clwydian hills and garden.

We have about 2 acres of gardens, veg gardens and fields. Perfect location for walking, cycling or just a place to get away from it all after a hard day at work.

There are two kitchens in the house and you would have your own fridge, work-space, freezer, kettle, microwave etc., plus main kitchen to use too.

Lovely sitting room with access to decked area/summer house/garden.

We are at the top of a lane off the A541 Mold/Denbigh Road so you will need your own vehicle and we offer plenty of parking.

Not far from the A55 so easy to commute to Chester, Liverpool, Rhyl, St Asaph etc.,

Our 350 year old home has loads of character and is set in a stunning location overlooking the Clywdian hills. Lots of places to go walking or other outdoor activities. Nice local pubs and restaurants and half way between Mold and Denbigh.

We are easy going and friendly and all that we ask is that you are in full time work, clean and tidy and respectful of others.

Please note that we are a non smoking home and cannot offer even occasional smokers a room. This is one of our few rules but one that we wont be flexible on, sorry.
