Hi i have a single room in a nice spacious 3 bed house situated in Shotton near Aston, with good access to all the major road networks for the Wirral, North west Chester and North wales.
The room is furnished and comprises of a single bed, bedside table 2 wardrobes, shelving, Tv & Freeview box, DVD player, LAN broadband connection or WiFi. The kitchen and living room and bathroom are all shared. I have 2 well behaved dogs and ducks.
About me: Shaun 39 work as a Paramedic
My house is kept clean and is also very quite. i am not a party animal and i expect tennants to respect each others privacy.
