Large double room in a 3 bedroom house for rent on a corner plot of land with off road parking for 1 car, in Aston(near Asda). I have recently finished updating it, although there are still odd jobs to be done, the room is now ready to use. The whole house has had a complete rewire, work done to the central heating system and a complete replaster throughout the house. There is a split kitchen which has been fitted with one room having a new gas hob and single electric oven. There is room for a washing machine and there is also a sink with a number of fitted cupboards and plenty of worksurface space. In the other part of the kitchen there is a fridge freezer and fitted cupboards, wine rack and space for a bin, also with a large area of worksurface space. This leads to a dining room with laminate floor and a new electric fire. To the front of the property there is a large living room having the benefit of a bay window and there is also a newly fitted gel fire. Upstairs there is a large bathroom with a ceramic bath and a walk in double shower. There are 2 large double rooms (the larger of the 2 has now been let) and a larger than average single room which will be mine. I am renting my spare rooms as I work different shifts and away from home and I would rather make use of the house than have it empty during the winter months so there will be a lot of privacy, especially during the evenings. I will be back on my days off and whenever I have my holidays. Outbuildings and an additional toilet can be found outside in the back yard with the whole area being paved. The room available has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, 2 bedside cabinets and a book shelf. There is room for an additional wardrobe and chest of drawers if needed, but it depends on how much space is needed. I am looking for someone who works in the area mon-fri, although it is not really a problem if they wish to stay all week. You can find Asda within a 10 min walk and further than that there is a Lidl, B&M, smaller shops and takeaways if your not a cooking fan. There is also a bus that will be able to take you to Shotton train station, if you need to get to the Wirral, Chester or up to Wrexham.

PLEASE NOTE BILLS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS. HOWEVER I AM NOTICING AT THE MOMENT THAT THERE IS NO REGARD FOR HOW MUCH BILLS COST AND LIGHTS ARE LEFT ON, OR THE BOILER IS CONSTANTLY ON WHICH COSTS ME A LOT OF MONEY ETC. I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE EXTRA IF CARE IS NOT TAKEN AND THE BILLS REMAIN HIGHER THAN THEY SHOULD BE.
