Single bedroom in Bagillt

Room in Bagillt.
This is a single bedroom, I'm looking for one person to move in. It is the small bedroom, furnished, this includes wardrobe, mattress, drawers. The whole house is fully furnished, kitchen, bathroom, living room.
We have got the TV, broadband, phone.
The garden is massive, like literally massive, check out the picture, half of the football pitch is probably a little bit exaggeration, but you get an idea.
Area is really quiet, never had any problems with neighbors. We are also looking for professionals how know how to adapt to this friendly environment.
The £45 per week is a cost for one person, this does not include electricity and gas bills which are both prepaid on meters so they need topping up when required, usually two times a month.
Both current tenants are Polish nationality, the author of this advert is a professional who stayed in the property for last 5 years and speaks fluent English (that's what I'd like to think), is in his thirties.
