An emmaculate compact single bedroom available for someone, in my end terraced 3 bedroom house in Buckley (Which is just outside Chester) preferably but not essential, for a female professional or student.
We are friendly, sociable, fairly tidy, clean and easy going, relaxed and like to enjoy ourselves watching TV, dining out and visiting the cinema. The house is not noisy and we’re not mad party animals. A nice relaxed house where you can just chill out. Our ideal person should also be friendly, fairly tidy, well mannered and respect the working week.
The property is approximately a 5 minute walk to Buckley town centre with good amenities, and well situated for easy access to Wrexham, Mold, Deeside, Hawarden Ewloe, Chester, AirBus Uk and Broughton with quick access to A55. I work in the nhs .
Wrexham, and Mold bus service is frequent and ticket options are daily, weekly, and monthly savers. Buckley train station is approx 15 min walk away
The bedroom is double glazed, central heated, recently decorated and furnished with black gloss furniture, bed and matress, with additional storage under the bed, sky tv, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp.
