Double room for rent on lovely estate.

Hi,
I have a fully furnished double room available in my house for rent, which I can offer short term (1-3 months) or longer if required.
It is a lovely quiet double room fully furnished with TV.
My house is a 2 bedroom terrace on a very popular and safe estate on the outskirts of Buckley. The train station is only 5 minutes walk away and plenty of bus stops nearby. As is the town centre. There is parking on the drive, and all the neighbours are friendly.

I'm a 36 year old, professional female. Most weeks I work away for a few days as I work all over the country, and some days of the week I work from home.

I have a cat, she's friendly and no bother, but is long haired. (Just incase you are allergic!)

I have space for up to 3 cars on my drive, a nice back garden and the lounge & spare bedroom have recently been redecorated. I have youview plus tv, wifi and all other bills (water, gas, electric) included in the price.

The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, double bed, bedside cabinet and TV.

Ideally I'm looking for a professional who wants a mon-fri let, however willing to accept full week let. I'm also looking for someone who is considerate, friendly & a professional.
