We are looking for a professional female to rent our furnished single bedroom on the outskirts of Buckley.
Our house is just 5 mins away from the A55. With connections here to Chester, Liverpool, North Wales coast etc. It takes about 15 mins to Chester Business Park, 20 mins to Wrexham, 30 mins to Liverpool. Nearest train station is Hawarden or Buckley, both 5 mins away from the property.
Our property is not overlooked and has a lovely garden with outdoor BBQ
We have modern appliances such as washing machine, tumble dyer, chest freezer, fridge, oven, microwave etc.
We have a very large bathroom, with roll top bath and separate shower. There is also a cloakroom toilet downstairs.
In the living room you will find a real wood burner, 2 three seater sofa's, 32 inch TV with Sky
Our dining room has a 6 person dining table and chairs.
Unlimited Wi-Fi and central heating throughout the house.
Off road parking available
Me and Magda are both working professional people. We bought the house together last year to get onto the property market. Looking for someone to share it with us. We both enjoy cooking, from homemade pizza's to roast dinners. We both enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
