Double bedroom to rent

Hi we have a room to rent in our 3 bed semidetached house in Buckley.

We have a garden which we are trying to bring back to life after previous tenants ruined it.
You will have shared use of front room kitchen bathroom and garden.
There is no parking although we park across the road at the permission of the pubs owner.
We live a 2 minute walk from Buckley Precinct and close to public transport routes.
The bills that are included are electric gas water internet and council tax. We have sky in the front room but we could always get a box put into your room at cost of the monthly fee.
I work away and my partner is a care assistant and is home everyday from work.
I am home at weekends although shall be working closer to home soon.
Preferred person is a working professional who is clean, tidy and respectful.
We have sky sports so at the weekend I like to watch my sports after a long weeks work.
I don't watch soaps as I am a typical bloke lol
But the misses does when I'm away.
We have family in Portsmouth which might pop up occasionally but we have another room for them.

We pay £120 a month to council tax
£55 to water
£80 in gas and electric
£550 rent
£45 for internet and TV

We do rent the property from Reid's and Roberts
They require £110 reference fee per person to move in legally
We then require a months rent upfront and a deposit of £100 for any damage to the room the length of tenancy is 6 months so we will be here to at least October.
If we move you are then welcome to move with us if you would like
We are a friendly outgoing young couple who work hard and relax

Smokers are welcome but no smoking in side the property

Viewings welcome.
If I don't answer its because I'm work hard or hardly working.
