Double room

Hi
We have a double room to rent fully furnished or bed wardrobe and bedside table.
There is sky TV and broadband in the house u will have shared use with me and the misses except for our room.
I'll have your own fridge freezer

We are quite tidy couple who enjoy each others company and my family who lives in the area and enjoy nights out on the weekend to the local pub.

We are looking for a professional working person or couple to move in.

House rules are simple tidy tidy tidy.

We both work full time and are usual earlier risers and fallers.

We have a spacious garden and have a little dinning are/ conservtory

Bills included water electric TV and sky and hot water and heating.
Food is your own responsibility and hygiene products.
And council tax depends if you register at the address and what the tax goes up by.

If your a smoker outside only I'm affriad.
No pet's we are getting kittens.
And no drugs

No parking but there is the local shops car park across the road.

£275 rent
If a couple £300 due to the increase in utility usage.
£150 deposit.
