This room would be most suited to a female (it's pink and flowery) and has been recently decorated

TV Aerial Point (No TV - Sorry!)

Small Wall Shelves

Your bedroom will have a view overlooking fields at the rear of the property (see photo)
The room is double glazed and has a radiator

The Rest of the House -

Unfortunately I do not have a dining room but there is a small breakfast bar in the kitchen (space for 2)
I have a private gravelled back garden with garden furniture and a shed
There will be space available on the driveway to park your car if needed
I have only 1 bathroom but it has a bath and shower
I have a dishwasher and washer dryer

Bills -

All bills included
I will upgrade to Sky multi-room if you would like Sky in your room
However I do only have the basic package downstairs and any additions to this would be down to yourself

About Me -

I work in a school about 20 minutes away from 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
I will consider pets but I would like to meet them too!
