A lovely compact double bedroom available for someone, in our semi detached, 3 bedroom cottage in Buckley, 10 mins from Airbus (just outside Chester).The house is in the best part of town, a very quiet and tranquil area, with excellent transport services.

We are looking for a professional working person / mature student to share our home with. Our ideal person should also be friendly, fairly tidy and clean and respect the working week. Must like dogs as we have two small dogs.

My partner and I work long days so we are not there much during the week. We leave the house at 5am in the mornings and do not get back to approx. 6.30pm in the evenings. Our two dogs go to work with my partner during the day.

The property is approximately a 15 minute walk to Buckley town centre with good amenities, and well situated for easy access to Wrexham, Mold, Deeside, Hawarden Ewloe, Chester, AirBus UK and Broughton with quick access to A55. Buckley train station is a 15 minute walk away from our house and there is also a bus stop at the end of our road, where you can get a direct bus into Chester, Wrexham, and Mold which is frequent and cheap.

The bedroom is double glazed, central heated, recently decorated and furnished with a double bed, large built in sliding door wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table and lamp. Shared facilities include; large bathroom with bath and shower, dining room, two sitting rooms both with leather sofas and a TV, fully fitted kitchen, with electric hob, built in oven, own fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer. Super fast Wi-Fi unlimited broadband and Sky TV is also available at the house. The outside space comprises of an average sized garden with barbecue, patio area at the rear and street parking at the front.

**Please note the rent is £ 300 a month for Monday -Friday and £350 a month for 7 days a week.** Bills are inclusive of gas, electric, water, and unlimited broadband. **One month's rent in advance and then monthly rent thereafter**. The room is available from the 26th September but viewing can be done before this if interested.
