Comfortable room in shared cottage

Available from Mid-August. (Photos to follow). All bills are included (council tax, gas, electric, water, TV and wifi, plus use of dishwasher and washing machine).

A comfortably furnished double room, - single bed, desk, wardrobe, armchair and TV. Bedding can also be provided if required.

You would be sharing with a 20 year old female, live-in landlord. I am looking for somebody easy-going, sociable and easy to get on with. I would prefer a professional, employed person or mature student.

There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a small patio area at the back of the property and lovely countryside views at the front. Parking is no problem on the street to the front of the house.

There is a bus stop right outside the house and buses run frequently into Wrexham. A monthly bus ticket costs around �38 and that can be used anytime. Wrexham Maelor Hospital and Glyndwr University are around 3 miles away. The location is ideal for commuting to Chester, Oswestry, Mold, etc.

There are shops and takeaways nearby and also village pubs within a short walking distance.

It is also only minutes away from some lovely countryside and rivers.
