It is apr 10mins walk to the beach and train station and in the opp direction the same again to the forrest (depending on how quick you walk) shops and pubs are a bit closer. Bus stop a short walk away.
I would prefer a professional person who must be in full time employment.
mon-fri would also be ok at a reduced rate.
