The house has a large, private back garden and is close to a bus stop and also Eirias Park.
I recently purchased the house and it is currently undergoing a (costly!) makeover of every room. The third bedroom will be used as an office, so will not be tenanted.
Young professional/student is a must. Happy to have you Monday>Friday at a reduced rate. Also happy to lift share if you work towards Glan Clwyd hospital way.
