A double room is available in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in a quiet and popular area of Colwyn Heights.

The house has been undergoing complete refurbishment over the past couple of months, this refurbishment is now finished so I'm looking for someone who would like to rent a room.

The house has all modern fittings, brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom. It has a large shared living area. The house has all the usual appliances you would want (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob) All bills are included in the rent!

There is off road parking available and there is a lovely garden to the rear of the house. There is also a bus stop directly opposite the house with regular buses to Colwyn bay itself so the location is ideal for someone who doesn't drive.

The bedroom available is a double bedroom. The bedroom is a good size. The room has a large built in wardrobe and bedside cabinet but no bed.

I'm not too fussy about a potential room mate, I would like someone who is working. I am also happy to have a couple move into the room (I would charge an additional £100 on the rent if a couple were to move in). All I ask is that you are clean and tidy!

I work away so I'm not at the house during the week so you would have the place to yourself. I would prefer someone to stay from Monday - Friday (reduced rent for this) but will also rent the room for a 7day week.
