The bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, and the nearest train station for trains into Chester or Wrexham is approx 20 minutes walk away. Asda on the doorstep. Central for Airbus and Deeside Industrial Estate (shuttle bus available) also major motorway links.
I am looking for male or female with a minimum age of 25 and no maximum age. The rent is £150 per week payable in advance, inc of bills and a deposit of £200 also payable in advance. There is no minimum or maximum term. Professionals only need apply
