I have a self contained flat with own kitchen and bathroom. It has a very spacious double room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table, easy chair, table/desk and chair, TV. Own entrance.
ALSO I have 2 spacious double rooms, each have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table, easy chair, table/desk and chair, TV. Own entrance, shared kitchen and bathroom, both with separate storage. Gas central heating, off road parking, super fast broadband. Bedding and towels included and flat will be cleaned weekly.
Suitable for single professional people requiring Mon to Fri accommodation. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, and the nearest train station for trains into Chester, Liverpool or Wrexham is approx 20 minutes walk away. I am looking for males or females with a minimum age of 25 and no maximum age. All rent is paid monthly in advance. First payment will be £200 deposit and first months rent. There is no minimum or maximum term, but months notice from either side to terminate. Professionals only need apply and I will require proof of employment and a reference please.
